What you need

You don't need to sign up before you purchase. We'll walk you through the whole process after checkout. We recommend the Core plan, which includes features like Newsletter Blocks, Announcement Bars, and custom CSS that many of our templates use.
Your domain is your website address (like "authorname.com"). You can purchase it anytime and only need to connect it when you're ready to go live. We'll show you how.
All editable graphics come in Canva format, so you'll need a free Canva account to customize them. Some elements need to be downloaded as transparent PNGs, which is a Canva Pro feature. We recommend starting a free 30-day Canva Pro trial, which gives you plenty of time to download everything you need.

Pretty much everything. Colors, fonts, images, section layout, and copy are all fully editable inside Squarespace and Canva.
Every template includes the five core pages every author needs: Homepage, About, Books, Contact, and Privacy Policy.

All fonts used in your template are available within Squarespace. We've also included links to free alternatives you can use in Canva to keep everything consistent across your graphics.

Hey there, I'm Nadine!

I've been building websites on Squarespace for years, but more importantly, I've been binge-reading romance since before it was cool. (It's cool now, right? ...Right?)

I'm based in Toronto, and when I'm not building author websites I'm adding to my TBR pile and very seriously considering starting one of the three romance novel ideas I have on the back burner. Maybe. Soon. Probably.
